Finally back to my more patient STRICT rules based trading. I have been following some sort of random trading pattern lately. Not sure how I got into it, I think my hot streak at the end of last month got me cocky. Anyway, set my spot and when the alert was triggered, I entered, then exited the INSTANT it showed signs of coming back. When I review my trading rules THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO GO DOWN. Note to self, no more random breakdowns/breakouts. Stick to pre-market planned entries.
